One of the most anticipated releases for any mobile platform, Instagram has finally joined team Android. For those of you who don’t know what Instagram is, basically it’s a very popular mobile application, which allows you to take and edit pictures with various features, and then immediately share them with friends, family, or strangers (if that’s your thing). The application is of course free and comes with basically all the same features that can be found on it’s iOS rival. From what we understand, the developers have made sure to fine-tune this version of Instagram to operate smoothly on Android so there should be no problems. Additional features, currently found only on iOS will be coming soon, such as Share from Feed, Blur, Live Preview, and Share to Flickr. Any Android device running 2.2 or higher is supported with the exception of tablets.

Grab it from the Play Store here if you haven’t already.
