This year for Global Day of Unplugging, Verizon looks to bring some fun to families on March 8th. Global Day of Unplugging is an annual event that takes place usually around the same and encourages everyone to step away from their screens and have real life connections.
Verizon Arcade Unplugged will be the scene this year with a variety of games and experiences that Verizon has cooked up to have some good old fashioned fun.
Here is a list of the games that have been transformed from digital to the real world:
Color Dash
Race the lights—and each other! In this fast-paced challenge, families will race to the right tile before the spotlight disappears. As the rounds go on, fewer squares light up, but the color stays the same—so you’ve gotta be quick and sharp. Get ready for a thrilling, neon-lit battle where speed and focus will decide who’s the last one standing!
Castle Showdown
Join the fantasy battle! Choose to slingshot your way to victory or build and defend your castle. Race against the clock (and your family and friends) to knock down all three flags first and claim victory! Set in a whimsical world of dragons, fairies, and mushrooms, you’ll need to be quick on your feet and sharp with your strategy—whether you’re attacking or fortifying your fortress. Who will reign supreme in this magical showdown?
Temple of the Hidden Message
Love word games? This one’s for you! Gather your crew and race to solve riddles, uncover hidden letters, and piece together the puzzle. The clock’s ticking as you explore ancient ruins filled with vines and stones, and only the sharpest minds will crack the code. The deeper you go, the closer you get to discovering the hidden message. Ready for the ultimate brain challenge?
