Withings has taken health seriously over the years pushing the limits of how it can provide you with various amounts of health data and in multiple formats. Devices currently available are its Scanwatches as well as its Body scales. They also have sleep trackers, thermometers with newer version on the horizon as the Beamo.
OMNIA while a concept looks to be a all-in-one stop shop health screening display set to give you just about every piece of data you desire just upon stepping on its pedestal. From there you will be given specific categories ranging from Cardio Analysis, Body Composition, Nutrition Overview, Respiratory System, and Sleep Score. At the end it will provide suggestions on how to improve your health whether its plans or doctors to visit.
Honestly it reminds me of something out of the popular TV show Black Mirror. They had various episodes with display elements that would you information pertaining to your health. Those did usually require some sort of chip implant. For now Withings watches and meters can take the place of that. All the stats displayed weren’t real and only just a visual look at what could be. Some attendees weren’t aware and their facial expressions were priceless. It will be interesting to see what is created from this quick look at a concept.
