After news hit late Sunday night that LG was leaving the mobile business, one of the biggest questions was would they still support their current devices. Today as per LG, they are staying they will still be supporting devices up to three OS upgrades. That is at least for premium devices anyway such as the LG G and V Series, Velvet, and Wing going back to 2019.

Mid-tier devices such as the LG Stylo and K Series they will get two OS upgrades. LG does mention this will also all depend on how Google handles things on their side as well. So it really remains to be seen how it will ultimately turn out.

LG also mentions it will still be making phones up until July as it had prior contract obligations for carriers and partners.
