It’s been a semi-quiet first quarter for Microsoft and Xbox especially when you consider the incredible ending of 2021 that they had with Forza Horizon 5 and Halo Infinite. Now, we’re approaching the summer and since there will not be an E3 this year the big three gaming companies Xbox, Nintendo, and Sony will all be holding showcases of their own to show off what they’ll have coming in the near future.
There’s been no more anticipated show than the XBOX show which is kind of weird to say since Sony had been killing the game with showcases over the years with incredible games. Now, Microsoft and Xbox have come to play and make this things interesting this year and it’ll be exciting to see. If you look at the banner that Xbox posted on social media whether it be Twitter, IG, whatever you can see what their focus is and that’s Starfield. We can kind of assume that we’re finally going to get to see some real time gameplay. Hopefully that’s the case. We may get to see more from some of their other highly anticipated titles like Hellblade 2, Avowed, Fable, Forza Motorsport, Contraband, Indiana Jones and a bunch of other games.
It all goes down on June 12th and I think Microsoft and Xbox are going to have a pretty damn good what would be E3. What do you think? What games do you want to see? It’s good to see everybody making games and competing. It’s an exciting time.
