Just as some parents are still struggling to, ‘Let It Go’, Disney drops the first teaser trailer of ‘Frozen II’, the sequel to the 2013 smash hit.
With the first film grossing over 1.2 Billion Dollars worldwide, is anyone surprised a follow-up will be made? While the trailer may not show much, it is a teaser after all. Producer Peter Del Vecho re-teams with returning directors Chris Buck and Jennifer Lee. While the original film was loosely based on “The Snow Queen” by Hans Christian Andersen, this story will be unique with Hidden Figures’ writer Allison Schroeder on the new script. Joining the cast, we have ‘This is Us’, Sterling K. Brown and ‘Westworld’, Evan Rachel Wood. Also reported are as many as four new songs, with one to be a certain evolution to a song I previously won’t mention again. The new chapter takes Elsa, Anna, Kristoff, and Olaf far in the forest to discover the truth about an ancient mystery of their kingdom.
