I am thankful for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, but probably not for the reason you think. In terms of tablets, it’s not the best one out there, nor the most popular one out there, but it is a tablet my 7 year old son enjoys using on a daily basis. I’m thankful for the Galaxy Note 10.1 not because it’s better than an iPad or has more games on it that he can play. No, I’m thankful for the Galaxy Note 10.1 because it allows him to be more creative thanks to the S Pen, the best thing Samsung could have ever included with the Note.

You see, the Note 10.1 allows my son to pursue his artistic interests digitally without the need to kill trees. The S Pen allows him to accurately recreate the traditional pen an paper sketchbook with a purely digital experience. He’s able to sketch, doodle, paint, and create things that would normally take a myriad of supplies to accomplish. All of this in a notebook sized tablet that he can carry around with him where ever he goes, which means his creativity isn’t limited to what he can and can not take with him. Not only that, the S Pen makes doing all that natural, and not awkward like trying to draw with your finger.

For that, I am thankful for the Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1, one of the best tablets Samsung makes and the S Pen, the best included accessories on any tablet out there.
