Genius expanded their new GX Gaming Series lineup today with their second offering, the Cavimanus Gaming Headset. The HS-G700V Cavimanus headset is a Virtual 7.1 Channel gaming headset that features something I haven’t seen in other headsets before. These are one of the only headsets I’ve seen that include a vibration feature built in. I don’t know if it’s been done before or not but this is the first time I’ve ever heard of a gaming headset having this.
As you can see from the image above, the Cavimanus has everything a gamer would want in a gaming headset. It’s got a foldable microphone for easy storage when not in use, adjustable padded headband, built in volume control, and gold plated connectors. It even has blue LEDs to up the style points. The vibration feature is something new and if you aren’t into that, you can turn it off with the push of a button.

The price of the Cavimanus doesn’t seem that bad either at $79.90. That’s around the price for most entry level “stereo” only gaming headsets and none of them include vibration.
