Heroes of Ruin is New to the Nintendo 3D’s family, this adventure game are a strange group of heroes brought together to form an alliance.
I’ve had my Nintendo 3D’s for a while now and really haven’t had the need to use StreetPass, but with Heroes Of Ruin you can use StreetPass to buy or sell items, your character abilities can also be enhanced by accessing items from other players game.
During single player mode I got to play as the Gunslinger which looks like a diesel wolf, you can change his appearance by changing the color of his outfit, to making him a her. Once you choose your player a brief video comes up explaining your mission…Peace has been threatened when one of the Lords, Ataraxis, ruler of the city of Nexus, is taken ill by a deadly curse, your mission is to find the cure for this curse. Your mission starts in the woods, once you defeat a monster they usually leave loot behind.
When you wanted to equip a new weapon or change a piece of gear, you can do so with the press of a button, this keeps you from spending so much time fiddling through the menus.
Heroes of Ruin will also allow multiplayers to use voice chat which will make it easy for players to send items to their friends. Play in new ways and access more rewards and achievements by completing challenges sent to your 3DS every day, or download frequent new game content, including new character items and quests.
Overall this game seems to be promising, the graphics are great and with the downloadable content every day, and this game may be come addictive.
