Olight is taking its flat ArkPro design tactical. The new ArkTac Series brings that slim, multi-light form factor to a dedicated tactical flashlight, and it arrives on Black Friday, Nov. 27. What Is the ArkTac Series?
Inspired by the ArkPro’s flat-body, multi-function design, the ArkTac Series brings that same philosophy to handheld tactical lighting. It comes in two models, the ArkTac and the ArkTac Ultra, and pairs an easy-to-carry flat profile with immediate tactical controls and multiple light sources.
- Two-stage tail switch: Instant access to Turbo Spotlight and Pure Flood without cycling through modes.
- CommandPoint: A new shortcut that activates Strobe by default and can be customized for other frequently used functions.
- Light sources: Both models feature UV and Red Light alongside the main beams, while the ArkTac Ultra adds a Green Laser.
- Output: The series delivers up to 1,800 lumens with a beam distance of up to 215 meters.
- OAL² alloy: The ArkTac Ultra debuts OAL², the next generation of Olight’s proprietary aluminum alloy, with 7.3% greater hardness and 11.5% higher yield strength than first-generation OAL.
- ArkSnap holster: The ArkTac Ultra Premium Kit adds the new ArkSnap holster for secure, ambidextrous carry.

ArkPro Ultra Gets an Amber Orange Makeover
While the ArkTac is the headliner, the ArkPro Ultra is getting some love too. The new Amber Orange colorway pairs a warm metallic finish with sleek black accents, and it’s more than just a paint job. It uses a three-step anodizing treatment, a first for Olight, that offers up to twice the scratch resistance of Olight’s standard color anodizing.
Underneath the new finish, it’s the same ArkPro Ultra. Four light sources (Pure Flood, Spotlight, UV, and Green Laser) give you seven lighting configurations in a flat design. It also packs Olight’s self-developed EIP 1 LED and durable OAL construction, delivering up to 1,700 lumens in a compact EDC flashlight. The ArkPro Ultra Amber Orange is priced at $129.99 and has been on sale since September 21.
