Aesthetics has been one of the biggest driving forces behind CyberPunk 2077. That futuristic look and feel. Even though the game portrays such a s dystopian environment you can look at areas such as the fashion that pop crazy with color. This is where Gunnar comes into play. They have modeled a pair of glasses after Dexter DeShawn, one of the influential fixers of Night City.
How Do They Look?
Soon as you take them out the box you are presented with this shiny cushioned padded sleeve to protect these glasses. On one side is the CyberPunk insignia and the other is Gunnar’s logo. Taking out the glasses, you automatically notice the squarish boxy lenses that practically give you great eye coverage. You can see the bolts all through out since no frame goes around the lenses. Here I have the Amber Max lens version. There are other versions such as Amber and Sun lens. The exterior of the glasses is a brushed nickel construction from the sides down to the stems.

Lens use Gunnar’s G-Shield coating for anti-reflective and smudge resistance. They are surprisingly light. You just must be careful how you hold them since there is no frame around the glass and can get smudged easily. These are lightweight and come in at just 40g.

Also included is a Microfiber Cleaning Cloth that gives you a map grid of Night City.
Should You Get Them?

If you want to look the part of being a Night City civilian in CyberPunk 2077, these will do the job. They feel great and, as I mentioned, do an impressive job of giving you nice visual coverage with them being so wide. They are officially licensed by CD Projekt Red so they are as authentic as you can get. The CyberPunk 2077 Dex Glasses are $125 on Amazon or their site.
