A couple of years ago, I reviewed the Glorious Model D2 Pro + 4K/8KHz Edition and saw a company that was pushing hard into the competitive mouse space, but still refining its identity. With the release of the new Glorious V3 Wireless lineup—headlined by the Model O3 Wireless (symmetrical) and Model D3 Wireless (ergonomic)—it’s clear Glorious has evolved into a serious top-tier contender. After extensively testing the white Model O3 Wireless across Battlefield 6, Destiny 2, and Fortnite, one takeaway became undeniable: this is Glorious at its best, finally pairing enthusiast-grade innovation with polished execution.

The lineup is simple: prefer symmetrical shapes suited for claw or fingertip grip? Go O3 Wireless. Prefer an ergonomic right-handed design for palm or relaxed claw grip? The D3 Wireless is built for you. I personally gravitated toward the O3 due to my hybrid claw/fingertip grip, while the D3’s ergonomic bump wasn’t my ideal shape—though it clearly has its audience.

Lightweight Without Compromise

The Model O3 Wireless arrives at an ideal 66 grams while retaining a closed-shell design, ditching the honeycomb cutouts of Glorious’ earlier generations. The matte white finish on the unit I tested feels confident in hand with no flex or creaking under pressure. RGB is subtle and tastefully placed without overpowering the clean aesthetic. The Model D3 Wireless follows the same construction standards, weighing slightly more at 69 grams due to its ergonomic contour. It maintains the same shell quality, internal components, and premium finish, differing only in its right-hand sculpted design.

Both mice offer firm, balanced click tactility through 130M-rated optical switches that actuate cleanly without pre-travel or concerns of double-click degradation over time. The most transformative aspect of the V3 series is Glorious’ InfinitePlay swappable battery system. Each mouse includes two removable 200mAh battery packs stored and charged via the included wireless charging dock. When one battery drains, it can be replaced in seconds without losing connection. Glorious’ internal Guardian Battery keeps the mouse powered for over 10 additional hours during swaps, ensuring zero interruptions.

During long Destiny 2 and Battlefield 6 matches, I never had to worry about changing modes, reducing polling rate, or plugging in. Swaps took less than a second while the mouse remained fully active, maintaining 2.4GHz connection and 8,000Hz polling via the dock. This is the first system where wireless freedom genuinely feels uninterrupted and anxiety-free.

Stability at Tournament Grade

Both the O3 and D3 Wireless feature the BAMF 3.0 sensor (up to 30,000 DPI, 750 IPS tracking, 50G acceleration), paired with 8,000Hz wireless polling made available through the InfinitePlay dock. In Battlefield 6, broad sweeping arm flicks translated smoothly without latency spikes or spinouts. In Destiny 2, hand cannon duels benefited from crisp micro-adjustments, especially when lane holding or adjusting reticles under pressure. Fortnite editing sequences also revealed zero stutter under rapid directional shifts or high-intensity build actions.

At this level, consistency stands out more than raw DPI numbers, and Glorious delivers stability at a competitive tier. The Model O3 Wireless favors claw, fingertip, and hybrid palm users due to its balanced hump height and symmetrical silhouette. In my case, long claw-style sessions felt stable and fatigue-free across multiple hours in shooter environments. The Model D3 Wireless caters to players who prefer an ergonomic, supportive right-hand shape. While it fits palm grip players better, I found the pronounced slope less suitable for my hand posture. This is purely subjective—ergonomic users will likely appreciate the extra support.

Clicks are snappy and light without feeling hollow. The 100% PTFE feet glide smoothly across cloth and glass pads with minimal break-in. There is no audible scratch or resistance buildup, even during low-sens flicking scenarios.

Software and Customization

Glorious CORE has matured significantly, offering easy access to DPI stages, debounce adjustments, polling rate settings, RGB customization, and onboard profile storage. It operates without the instability that occasionally plagued previous versions.

REVIEW SCORE: 10/10

Glorious has moved beyond being an alternative brand into a leading force in wireless gaming peripherals. The InfinitePlay battery system, coupled with Guardian backup power and 8,000Hz wireless performance, delivers one of the smoothest continuous gaming experiences available today. The O3 Wireless in particular feels ready to replace any main competitive mouse setup without compromise.

The only critique lies in shape preference—players who do not prefer ergonomic contours may skip the D3 in favor of the O3. Conversely, ergonomic loyalists now have a truly competitive performance mouse option. In either case, Glorious has provided precise options rather than forcing one grip ideology.
