Google’s Chromebooks have been out over for almost a decade and a half but today we are seeing a first time feature. That would be the addition of Dolby Atmos. This brings Chromebooks to a stage of audio greatness.

Adding Dolby Atmos can help you get immersed deeper in your content watching or listening. Your favorite song or movie can now be enjoyed even further taking advantage of the quade speakers on the Lenovo Chromebook Plus.

As per Mahesh Balakrishnan who is VP and GM for Consumer Entertainment for Dolby Laboratories – “With Dolby Atmos now available on the Lenovo Chromebook Plus, we are bringing cutting-edge, immersive audio to an even broader and more diverse audience.”

Also powering this new Chromebook will be a MediaTek Kompanio Ultra processor, up to 16GB RAM, up to 256GB of storage, and a 14″ 2K OLED display. All this while weighing just 2.6lbs.

It is available now starting at $649 now on Lenovo’s website.
