Smart Rings
It’s been a big year for smart rings, and I have been using two of them. Samsung’s Galaxy Ring and Ultrahuman’s Ring Air. Both are great at sleep tracking, counting steps, and offer comfort than wearing a smartwatch all day and at night. Ring Air offers a ton of options and suggestions on how to be better while Galaxy Ring works splendidly in the Samsung ecosystem. Galaxy Ring’s case doubles as a battery pack but the device can only be used with Android. So, if you are an iPhone user Ring Air might be your best bet.
