Casetify makes a wide assortment of cases for a variety of different popular phones. They even make cases for the new Samsung Galaxy S24 series of devices that were just released.?What makes Casetify a bit more interesting than other case brands is the insane number of designs they have for each of their cases. Anyway, Casetify was kind enough to send me a small variety of cases for the Galaxy S24+ and the Galaxy S24 Ultra. We have their Impact Case, Clear Case, and Mirror Case, each with a different design to show off what Casetify cases are all about.
Casetify Impact Case Featuring Venom
First up is the Casetify Impact Case for the Galaxy S24+ featuring the officially licensed Marvel character, Venom! The Impact Case is one of their tougher cases for everyday use. It is rated for 8.5 ft drop protection and features a hard protective backing and an EcoShock border made from what Casetify calls Re/Casetify Pellets Material.
In terms of the case itself, it feels really good in your hands, has a good amount of grip on the sides, and I’m really digging that signature Casetify branded camera surround. The printing on the case is really good too and looks like it is built to withstand wear and tear. Of course, only time will tell if that’s the case. The printing on it feels thick and has a raised feel to it. The artwork is absolutely fantastic and love that it shows Venom in a bunch of different menacing poses. This really brings out what makes Venom such a popular character and is certainly a case that any Venom fan should consider.
Other notable features include all the correct cutouts for all the ports and the buttons are covered and raised. This case has no issues with wireless charging either.
Casetify Clear Case Featuring White and Black Floral
Next up is the Castify Clear Case. This one has similar protection as the Impact Case, but isn’t quite as grippy and looks a bit more elegant. We also picked this up for the Samsung Galaxy S24+, but this time with one of their original Floral Prints called White and Black Floral. Anyway, we went with the Clear Case because we wanted to show off the new Cobalt Violet color all the way around, including the frame.
This case is made from 65% recycled and plant-based materials and is rated for 6.6ft drop protection. The special UV Defender material from medical-grade PC, is supposed to resist yellowing, which is common in clear cases, but again, only time will tell if this is true.
Like all Casetify cases, this also features Casetify’s signature camera surround with their logo. The design on this case isn’t quite as intricate as the Venom case but is still just as good. You can really feel the texture on it and it doesn’t feel like it will rub off. The case borders are not as grippy as the Impact case and actually feel a bit slippery. They are nice a clear though, as is the rest of the case, and really show off the color of the phone.
Casetify Mirror Case Featuring Harry Potter
Lastly, we have the Casetify Mirror Case, this time for the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. This case features a special design inspired by the Wizarding World of Harry Potter called The Basilisk Case. This case features just basic protection rated for 4.9ft drop protection. This is the least protective case of the bunch but still features a decent amount of protection. It has raised bezels for screen and lens protection and is also made from Re/Casetify materials.
However, the main feature of this case is its reflective backing. In this case, The Basilisk Case features a mirrored chromatic green color with a top coat of black, which is what makes up the design. It’s a fantastic design and I love the attention to detail given to the snake’s scales. This is really a magical-looking case any Harry Potter fan would love.
This also features the Casetify signature surround around the cameras, except that they’re more integrated looking since they blend in with the black. This is probably my favorite of all the cases shown here in terms of design.
FINAL THOUGHTS
I can see why now Casetify cases are so popular. They fit well, have a variety of different case styles, and their sheer number of designs is staggering. Not only do they have original designs, but they also have many licensed designs too. They offer decent everyday protection and due to how many designs they have, you’ll be hard-pressed to run into someone who might have the same design as you.
