This past weekend I was invited by Samsung to check out their Samsung Experience Lounge at this years PGA Championship that took place on the Baltusrol Golf Club in Springfield Township, NJ. They had everything from the latest SUHD TVs to their upcoming Samsung Dolby Atmos Soundbars(which sound great by the way) in a semi padded entertainment room. If you were a Samsung Galaxy owner you got some exclusive perks such as your own dedicated line for things and also to win some cool prizes.
During the course of the PGA championship, Samsung also had Professional golfer Zach Johnson stop by and check out the “Hole 360” experience with Gear VR. You would feel like you are on the golf course and they even had a miniature golf club to perfect your switch.
One cool thing also was Samsung let you rent out a Samsung Galaxy S7 or S7 Edge for the day and get the experience using it during the PGA championship.
