Today HTC unveils its latest HTC One smartphone with the A9. Spec wise it’s not as strong as its M9 but it is doing for a slightly different design build and appeal apparently. It is running a Qualcomm Snapdragon 617 processor, Android 6.0, has a Corning Gorilla Glass 4 coating on its 5″ 1080p display and will come in a couple of variations as far as memory and storage are concerned. Options look to be 32GB with 3GB or 16GB with 2GB but either way you will have that lovely microSD slot which can store an additional 2TB of space. It is also equipped with various sensors including a fingerprint scanner.
The first week of November is the global launch for the HTC One A9. An unlocked edition of the HTC One A9 with unlocked bootloader will be available on their HTC.com website. Also will be coming with six months of Google Play Music. Uh-Oh protection will be included as well. There will be a 30 day trial period for the HTC One A9 if you are wary about the device and committing.
Stay tuned as we will get to see more of the device later today and attending the TIDAL X 1020 concert as well.
