It could be argued for or against the need for a dedicated gaming smartphone. While most of these gaming-centric phones do have some really interesting and powerful features, much of what they can do can be done on most flagship-level smartphones as well. However, there are a handful of really powerful gaming smartphones that come in a price range that can not be ignored and often times come in way less than what you’d expect them to be. The Black Shark 4 Pro is an example of this. Coming in at around $579, the Black Shark 4 Pro features the Snapdragon 888 chipset, 144Hz E4 AMOLED gaming screen, ‘Sandwich’ liquid cooling system, magnetic pop-up triggers, 120W Hyper Charge, and No.1 on DXOMARK audio ranking.
While it may not have the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor that many new phones are coming out with now, the Snapdragon 888 is no slouch and many of the other included features help make up for that. Not only that, this is one of the few phones left that still includes a headphone jack for lag-free lossless music.
The Black Shark 4 Pro is officially available from February 23th at $579. Check out their official site for more detailed info regarding features and specs.
