If you never got the chance to attend a “Secret Summer” event towards the last couple weeks of summer the past few years you have missed out on some fun. It’s a carefully curated summer festival with some of the best mixed drinks, succulent dishes of food and great LIVE music from some impressive bands.

Secret Summer feels you shouldn’t have to wait for Summer 2018 and are bringing you their first annual Winter event to tide you over for the chilly days called “Aquarius”. Aquarius will focus more on the scrumptious fish of the sea but also still have those excellent blended spirits they seem to shake up.

Aquarius is the eleventh astrological sign in the Zodiac. The Aquarius constellation is a summer constellation in the northern hemisphere. Under the tropical zodiac, the sun is in Aquarius typically between January 20 and February 18. The event will feature many delicacies of the sea as well as a bevy of sustainable seafood purveyors and premium wines and spirits.

There will be live art, live performances, custom design corners and a performance by NYC DJ Kieren Taylor.

Cocktails, wines, sparklers and small bites will be all complimentary as you venture through the different halls but if you have a nice appetite, guests will be able to purchase a bespoke-style selection of tasty plates from the outdoor local seafood grill by Chef Carlos Barroz.

Secret Summer Aquarius will take place at “The Foundry” a 19th building with views of the Manhattan Skyline and a gorgeous indoor greenhouse right in the heart of the industrial spaces of Long Island City, Queens.
