2015 seems like a great year for those who love music as many brands this year kicked off some fantastic new additions to their audio lineup. Many have introduced new wireless products while others are achieving new heights when it comes to design and style. Not to be left out, House of Marley this year will introduce many new products along as remastered editions of existing products. For those familiar with the brand, House of Marley “product lines tap into uncharted territory and promote a lifestyle that is House of Marley –superior quality, consciously crafted and cause minded.”
Now, I won’t be listing all the new products here, just the ones that seemed the most interesting to me based on features and how eye catching they are.
First up is the new One Foundation sound system which is quite frankly, a beautiful piece of equipment. It features the Qualcomm® AllPlay™ smart media platform for the latest in streaming technology. It is enhanced with both Bluetooth and Wi-Fi and can connect to all types of sources. What really caught my eye though was just how amazingly gorgeous the One Foundation is, especially with its custom glazed oak wood baffle and magnetic break away speaker grills.
Next up are the new Journey BT sport in-ear headphones. These feature enhanced Bluetooth audio with aptX®, the headphones have high-performing soundquality and are made with responsibly sourced materials standard for House of Marley. Again, what caught my eye is just how nice these look and the use of wood to accent the design. The Journey BT will be available around June 2015 and retail for $129.
Last up is House of Marley’s flagship over-ear headphones, the Legend ANC. The big news here is that these new LEGEND ANC headphones now feature noise canceling technology and high-definition 40mm drivers. Of course again, style really caught my eye hear. These are some ridiculously good looking headphones, especially with the combination of metal and wood. There will be available July 2015 and have a price tag of $279.99.
Overall, there’s a lot to like with the new House of Marley lineup for 2015. I never really took notice of the brand before, but based on what I see here, I’m definitely liking them as a lifestyle choice for those who want to be noticed and stand out, compared to the “other” popular musician owned brand which I won’t name here. I also think it’s really cool that House of Marley products are Earth friendly and are sustainably crafted from earth-friendly materials including our exclusive REWIND™ fabric, cotton and canvas textiles, recycled plastics, recyclable metals, bamboo and Forest Stewardship Council-certified woods.
