Verizon Shows Off the Blazing Droid Turbo by Motorola

Verizon was in NY today to show off the newest phone in their exclusive Droid line: The Droid Turbo. The event today was a show and tell demo of the new Droid Turbo in all it’s glory.

The new Droid is manufactured by Motorola which is on a roll with a lineup of solid new phones from mid-range in price to high-end. The Droid Turbo is definitely a high end smartphone which Verizon looks lucky to have nabbed exclusively and it is a beast. This new Droid has all of the best hardware available and spec wise it’s easily one of the best phones on the market.

It’s rocking that Qualcomm Snapdragon 805 2.7 quad processor, 5.2″ 1440p Quad HD 2560×1440 AMOLED display with 565ppi, 3GB RAM, Adreno 420 GPU,48 hours of battery life, and a 21MP camera. They wouldn’t call it the Turbo for nothing either as it you are able to get 8 hours of battery life in 15 minutes of charging using the Motorola Turbo Charger.

The Droid Turbo by Motorola comes in two colors, three style variations and two storage sizes of either 32GB or 64GB and will start at $199 on contract.
