AT&T Adds More Wearables to its Huge Portfolio

An area AT&T dedicates itself to is the wearable market. They have a plethora of wearables totaling 15 from different manufacturers and have now just added three more to their portfolio. AT&T definitely wants to make sure when you pick that right smartphone you have that ultimate accessory to accompany it.

Timex Ironman One GPS+

  • The watch is available for pre-order for $399 at; it will be available for purchase this fall at AT&T stores,,, and sports specialty stores
  • First year of service is included with the purchase of the product.  The second year of service costs just $40
  • In the future, customers will be able to add the watch to their Mobile Share account. More details will be available at a later date

Filip 2
  • AT&T is the exclusive network provider for FiLIP 2
  • New features include a new wristband, optional size spacers for the wristband, an encased screen, four new colors, and an updated mobile app for iOS and Android
  • Price of the original FiLIP will be lowered to $99.99 effective 9/12
  • Pricing and availability for FiLIP 2 will be announced at a later date

MICA, My Intelligent Communication Accessory
Mica Wearable
  • AT&T is the exclusive network provider for MICA
  • Designed by clothing company/retailer Opening Ceremony and engineered by Intel
  • Will be available in Barneys New York and Opening Ceremony stores by holiday 2014
  • Users can view glanceable content such as SMS messages, meeting alerts, general notifications without being paired with a smartphone
  • Pricing, availability date, and additional device features will be available at a later date
