T-Mobile loves to stand out from the pack and do things differently so one of the first things they announced was “Test Drive”. With Test Drive you are able to check out a iPhone 5S free of charge for 7 days. After the seven days you can return it to a T-Mobile retail store. So it’s save to say these iPhones aren’t brand new and most likely refurbished models or something. If you happen to damage the iPhone 5S you will be charged $100. If you don’t return the iPhone 5S then you will be charged full retail $699.99. So of course when signing up for this you need to have a card on file. Willing to take a “Test Drive?” Check out more HERE Also if you want to “cheat” on your carrier(besides T-Mobile) there is a #7NightStand Challenge which you can participate in. Complete all 7 and be entered to win a prize. You can check that out HERE.
If you are interested in better data, T-Mobile has announced Wideband LTE is being expanded to 16 Markets with speeds peaking at around 150Mbps. Voice Over LTE(VoLTE) is being pushed to 100 million people in 15 markets. This is to give customers crystal clear voice calls and faster connections to making those calls.
I’d hope there will be an Android device to test out in the future as well as everyone isn’t a fan of iOS or iPhones for the matter. Seeing T-Mobile work on their coverage looks to be great for consumers as well.
Also there happen to be a Un-Carrier 6.0 announcement right after too.
