To think it was just a little over a month ago the HTC One M8 was announced, revealed, and launched over various carriers all at one time. While the latest smartphone from HTC has been getting rave reviews(including from us), it looks like Sprint was working with some exclusive partnerships between HTC, Harman/Kardon and even Spotify to christen the HTC One M8 Harman/Kardon Edition.
HTC & Harman/Kardon
The exclusive HTC One M8 Harman/Kardon Edition from Sprint still has the beefy specs such as:
- a full 5-inch HD (1080p) screen
- Qualcomm® Snapdragon™ 801, 2.3GHz quad-core CPU
- Duo Camera™ using the innovative HTC UltraPixel module and depth sensor, a dual flash, 1080p HD video recording
- access to “world phone” global connectivity
- Sprint Spark for blazing speeds and crystal-clear HD Voice performance
But it packs some hardware/software components to reinvigorate your music listening experience. With Harman/Kardon hardware/software built inside there is features such as LiveStage which gives you a live surround experience which I tested out on the JBL Synchros S700 as well as Clari-Fi which is supposed to give you hi-fi fidelity and reclaim that full sound that usually gets lost in compression.
With Sprint Easy Pay, well-qualified buyers can purchase HTC One (M8) Harman Kardon edition with $0 down (plus tax) and 24 monthly payments of $28.34; or $229.99 with a new line or eligible upgrade and a two-year service agreement.
