WWE has finally announced their WWE Network will go LIVE with a Monday Night Raw Post-Show on Monday, February 24, at 11:06 p.m. ET. It is a big deal as WWE has been trying to get this off the ground for some years now but grew complications from the cable/satellite industries. Issues such as control of what content wwould be on there and if a channel dedicated to just wrestling would be a success. WWE has tested the waters with their Classics OnDemand they used to feature and also with other ventures with Smackdown, RAW, and Main Event. Social media has been a big thing for WWE as they have been using Tout and have their own WWE app as well. Original programming on YouTube showed great interest and the success of Total Divas on E! shows fans are interested in what goes on in wrestlers lives.
So with that being said the WWE Network will showcase the whole catalog of ECW, WCW, and WWE PPVs as well some of the greatest matches known throughout the industry. Best part about it is it will be all uncensored and uncut which we really wont know if thats fully true until the service unwraps and fans go through everything is see if its all actually there.
At a price point of $9.99, you get access to all this, plus every pay pay view for the year. Seeing that PPVs are usually $40-60, its almost a no-brainer. While it requires a 6 month commitment you wouldn’t even notice the dent while you breeze through all the shows. Service will be available on devices such as iOS, Android, Roku, Chromecast, Xbox 360(XBOX One:Summer 14″), PS3, and PS4 to name a few.
