Shown off at CES 2013 this year was Soul Electronics entry into the portable wireless speakers arena with Party in a Box. Now usually we have seen portable speakers you can slide in your pocket or carry along but this looks to be a full-blown bona-fide surround system.
It is marketed as the “do it all” box. It has features such as Bluetooth, an Apple dock, HDMI, and Aux port. If you’re looking to keep the party cranking you can use it as Karaoke machine with its mic jack. Packed with such power under the hood is two 6.5” subwoofers, two 3” midrange speakers and four 1” tweeters. Looks like you could keep the party rocking all night long. It is pretty pricey at $999.99 but it may actually be worth the cash.
