Here’s a case from the Joy Factory that is strictly for the ladies. In fact, my wife pretty much snatched this from my clutches as soon as I showed it to her and is one of her favorite cases right now to use on her iPhone 5. This one is the Joy Factory Denim and takes a bit of a different approach when it comes to phone cases with integrated pockets. You see, the Denim mimics the look of a pair of jeans, right down the the material used, the texture, and the stitching.

Like its namesake, the Joy Factory Denim is made from real denim material and is adhered to a hard, polycarbonate shell type case. This means that not only will the Denim look good, it will also protect your iPhone 5 from scratches, drops, and other mishaps. The Denim also has the added functionality of an external pocket that you can use to hold items like cards or money. I’ve looked at a few other cases that did the same, but none were quite as elegant as this. Protection wise, the polycarbonate case is pretty stiff and feels rather thick, yet when it’s on the iPhone 5, it doesn’t add much bulk. It’s still relatively thin looking.

I don’t really see a downside to the Denim case. It protects much of your iPhone 5, except for the bottom edge, but other than that, it provides very good protection. It’s a shell case so it clicks on tight and you don’t have to worry about it falling off or changing shape.

Like other Joy Factory cases, the Denim includes a crystal screen protector and their BubbleShield Sleeve which will protect your phone from water, dirt, and debris. The Joy Factory Denim costs $34.95 and comes in 3 designs – smoke, khaki, and indigo. You can grab them from the Joy Factory site here or from the links below.
