Yesterday AT&T released the HTC Aria. It’s first worthy Android release for the carrier. Yes there was the Backflip, but that was Android 1.5 and not really what we would call a stylish device. The HTC Aria however being an Android 2.1 device and actually quite the looker when seen in person. It is currently going for $129.99 on a new 2 year contract.

This is definitely a cool looking device, I really like it’s size and at first look, it looks rather speedy in performance. There are some negatives like Engadget mentioned, like AT&T leaving off the ability to side load apps, but other a very good Android choice for those on AT&T who wanted to get their robot on lol. I’ll be giving it a full review, but for now check out our Unboxing shots in the Gallery.
