Man what a difference a year can make! On last year’s holiday gift ideas you would of never see a Apple product listed (Beyond maybe the iPhone), as my taste for Apple was on the disgust side lol. One year and a Macbook Pro later and that opinion has changed! While I don’t exactly drink from the cup of Steve Jobs, I will admit that the Macbooks are very good products. Does your love ones need a new laptop and your trying to decide whether Mac or PC? Trust me when I say, come on over the here, the water is fine. The Macbook has recently been redesign and give a unibody look like the Macbook Pros and even given a spec bump that puts it in line with the 13inch MBP. So with that $999 price tag, it might just be the sweet spot for you to give a a gift.

Actually I’m mad it comes with a bigger hard drive than the Macbook Pro I purchased! And if not, with a gift like this, I’m sure they will forgive you for it be a few days late lol
