Verizon Wireless to allow its customers plan flexibility?

Cellco Partnership (known to most as Verizon Wireless), the second largest mobile carrier in the United States, could be changing it’s tune when it comes to contract extensions upon customers changing their plan during their contract. Reportedly, customers at “VZW” will be allowed to change up their plans mid-contract without having to sign up for additional contract time on top of their current length, which is the biggest form of flex as can get. The new option is set to go into effect on October 7th, and could pave the way for the remaining cellular companies to follow suit.
This could become a deal-breaker to some who are in need of plans at various times that are customized to the current situations.
