Did You See This Week?: V

Did you watch V last night on ABC HD? V is a SciFi television about Giant spaceships which appear over 29 major cities of the world. Anna, the beautiful and charismatic leader of the extra-terrestrial “Visitors,” claims to come in peace. As a small number of humans begin to doubt the sincerity of the seemingly benevolent Visitors, FBI counter-terrorism agent Erica Evans discovers that the aliens have spent decades infiltrating human governments and businesses, and are now in the final stages of their plan to take over the planet. Erica joins the resistance movement, which includes Ryan, a Visitor sleeper agent who wants to save humanity. However, the aliens have won favor among the people of Earth by curing a variety of diseases, and have recruited Earth’s youth—including Erica’s son—to serve them unknowingly as spies – Wikipedia

This is actually a remake of a 1983 miniseries of the same title. We checked it out last night and so far though it was very good. We are kind of upset that with all the technology that is available today, that while the Mothership looked nice, those transport smaller ship look no better than they did in 1983 lol. We won’t tell you too much if you haven’t watched yet though. Hulu.com will have the shows available on Saturdays, so when they put the first one up, we will update this post.
