I’m sure that I’m not the only Android user who has Instagram fever.  I missed the app ever since I made the transition from iPhone to Android (It’s just not the same using it on an iPod Touch).  When the app came over to Android there were a few features missing; but the updates are coming as well as the features. The latest update brings the “tilt-shift” feature to your Instagram photos.  What does the tilt-shift feature do?
