On Valentine’s Day Cassie debuted her lead single, King of Hearts, off of her upcoming sophomore album set for release on the Bad Boy label later this year.
I find this video very sensual without being overtly sexual-a very welcomed change these days. Although in the video Cassie moves through the house in what looks black leather bra and shorts, poses in and around an empty bathtub in front of a very flattering fireplace and is even dancing on what appears to be a table-the video flows like you’re watching a high fashion photo shoot, and every pose she makes is photo worthy.
King of Hearts is a dance/house infused pop song definitely the lane she was born to be in. Cassie is a stunningly gorgeous girl and this video is a testament that a little goes a long way. If this is any indication as to what can be expected on the album I can’t wait! Until then the single can be purchased on iTunes for $1.29.
