Next on the list for a great holiday gift idea is the Blackberry Bold. We was going to talk about the Blackberry Storm this week, but after all the reviews and our own personal experience with one, we’ll wait to see if it is better before Xmas. Now the Blackberry Bold on the other hand is a great device! This is the only Blackberry that can do simultaneous voice and data. You have 3G, WiFi, and GPS all wrapped in one, and free WiFi at all AT&T’s HotSpots to boot, what could be better! This phone is indeed the Flagship for RIM right now and if your friend, family member, spouse, or lover is a Blackberry user, this is the device you need to get them!

The Good, this is the only Blackberry that can do simultaneous voice & data. This means you can talk on the phone while surfing the web, emailing, IMing, or anything else data related. Before you had to be on the web or the phone, never both at the same time. Also best screen on a mobile phone period! Sharper, Brighter than the iPhone. Very good speaker on this phone, great for music listening. Great for people who like customizing the look of stuff, with Blackberry themes, you can change how your Blackberry looks. 3G speed is king, and this has it!
The Bad, it is only for AT&T, so if your on anyone else in the US your going to have to switch. Vibration alerts aren’t as strong as we would like, it gets the job done, but wish it was stronger. Side keys are too sensitive, always seem to be triggering them.
